1. Is this an easy, step-by-step system?

3. What do I do first?

First things first...you need to be a member of several free startpage exchange programs. Membership to these free programs is required for the success of this program. If you would like a list of the traffic exchanges that I personally use, simply sign up for my free five-day traffic monster e-course.
