Step One - Here is the first question you must ask yourself - How can I naturally divide my niche into topic areas? What are the naturally occurring categories in this topic? These become the modules you present in the telecourse.

Step Two - Let's say you have identified five separate topic areas. So now you have five modules. Begin to outline the curriculum for each of the modules.
